Scuba Diving Dominica
Most literature related to scuba diving in Dominica's waters states that it's one of the best dive locations in the world.  Having had several opportunities for comparison, I agree.  For me, the diving here is really incredible; most all reefs are very accessible and are loaded with a huge variety of pristine corals and marine life.
